Preheat your oven to the lowest setting (around 150-170°F). Spread the seeds out on a baking sheet and place them in the oven. Allow them to dry for 2-3 hours, or until they are completely dry and crispy.... Then Blend to a fine powder to sprinkle on anything for that extra boost of vitamins
